Aromathery is both calming and relaxing, but at the same time re-energising and revitalising. Aromatherapy is a natural therapy that has been in use for thousands of years. It is a great way to unwind and relax, enabling the body to re-establish well being for the body and the mind.
Essential oils each have their own therapeutic properties. These are blended and may help to ease everyday aches, pains, stresses and ailments such as: headaches and insomnia, improving circulation, aiding digestion, increasing vitality and promoting healthier skin and muscle tone.
Reflexology works on the principle of a person's feet mirroring the internal organs of the body. It was adopted by the Egyptians, Chinese and Native American Indian tribes. The right foot governs the right side of the body, and the left governs the left side. Pressure is applied to areas on reflex points of the feet creating a sense of well-being and relaxation.
Treatments are carried out fully clothed. Reflexology is beneficial for everyone, and may help to ease: aches and pains, Sinusitis, PMS, digestive disorders, plus many other complaints.
