Our Covid-19 procedures.

We still recommend that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your class or appointment to help maintain social distancing.

Hand sanitisers are available in every room, if you do not spot them, please ask.

Wearing of masks is now optional.  If you would prefer your treatment provider or Pilates teacher to wear a mask during your appointment, please just ask.

Our Pilates classes are a maximum of 6 people per class, windows are open for ventilation, all equipment is sanitised after use. 

We will also continue using the one-way in/out of the studio system.

We are a group of highly qualified and experienced Physiotherapists, Pilates teachers and Massage Therapists, working together to provide a professional and comprehensive service designed to enhance our clients physical health.

Our dedicated Pilates studio and treatment rooms have been based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex since 2010 and we welcome clients of all ages, abilities and experience.

Founder and owner of reab, Christine is an experienced physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal problems. She is an experienced private physiotherapy practitioner, both in New Zealand and here in the UK, and has been practicing in Haywards Heath since 2003 and at reab from 2010.

Kirsty Pendleton - Physiotherapist and Pilates Teacher

Kirsty Pendleton

Chartered physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor

Kirsty qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from University of London in 2003 and has a wide range of musculoskeletal experience in both the NHS and private practice. Kirsty is also a qualified Pilates Matwork Instructor with the APPI and integrates her Pilates expertise into rehabilitation from injury, alongside the use of Qigong Tai Chi.

Chartered Physiotherapist

Tech is a recent graduate in physiotherapy from University of Birmingham and originally from Malaysia. He has chosen musculoskeletal physiotherapy as his speciality area and is continuing to develop his knowledge of the up to date and most effective treatments for all musculoskeletal injuries including sporting injuries, back and neck problems and rehabilitation.  His treatment techniques include manual therapy, movement analysis, injury prevention and pain management.

Ali Barugh

Sports Massage Therapist

Ali studied to become a sports Injury therapist and has been working in this industry since 2000, working with many athletes including Gymnasts in the GB Team, High Level Triathletes, and National 1 level rugby players.

Ali was an international gymnast, training from the age of six and retiring in her twenties. She went on to be national champion and represented Great Britain several times in acrobatic Gymnastics.

Sue Mousavi

Sue has 20 years experience in the fitness industry working as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. In 2015 she qualified as a mat work and studio equipment teacher with The Physiotherapy and Pilates Rehabilitation Centre in Somerset in association with Alan Herdman.
She specialises in teaching the full range of studio equipment including the Reformer and Cadillac to all abilities and loves to explore the Pilates method finding fresh and varied ways to interpret it.

She started her career as a dancer and for many years travelled and danced extensively around the world. Her love of Pilates comes from her dance background, where Pilates was vital to her daily training.
