Our procedures remain unchanged....
We still recommend that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your class or appointment to help maintain social distancing.
Hand sanitisers are available in every room, if you do not spot them, please ask.
We ask that you wear a face-mask during your physiotherapy appointments unless you have a medical exemption.
Our Pilates classes are a maximum of 6 people per class, windows are open for ventilation, teachers will continue wearing face-masks if requested, all equipment is sanitised after use.
We will also continue using the one-way in/out of the studio system.

Kirsty qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from University of London in 2003 and has a wide range of musculoskeletal experience in both the NHS and private practice. Kirsty is also a qualified Pilates Matwork Instructor with the APPI and integrates her Pilates expertise into rehabilitation from injury, alongside the use of Qigong Tai Chi.Read More
Tech is a recent graduate in physiotherapy from University of Birmingham and originally from Malaysia. He has chosen musculoskeletal physiotherapy as his speciality area and is continuing to develop his knowledge of the up to date and most effective treatments for all musculoskeletal injuries including sporting injuries, back and neck problems and rehabilitation. His treatment techniques include manual therapy, movement analysis, injury prevention and pain management.Read More
Ali studied to become a sports Injury therapist and has been working in this industry since 2000, working with many athletes including Gymnasts in the GB Team, High Level Triathletes, and National 1 level rugby players.
Ali was an international gymnast, training from the age of six and retiring in her twenties. She went on to be national champion and represented Great Britain several times in acrobatic Gymnastics.Read More
Sue has 20 years experience in the fitness industry working as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. In 2015 she qualified as a mat work and studio equipment teacher with The Physiotherapy and Pilates Rehabilitation Centre in Somerset in association with Alan Herdman.
She specialises in teaching the full range of studio equipment including the Reformer and Cadillac to all abilities and loves to explore the Pilates method finding fresh and varied ways to interpret it.
Elda is a studio trained Pilates teacher, her first career being chartered accountantancy, in Italy. Pilates became her passion after being inspired by one of her teachers. When she moved to the UK she became a certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor with Evolve, in Hove. "I believe strongly in the benefits of Pilates, not only from my experience as a teacher seeing clients transform, but also through personal experience of recovering from injury".
Beth is an experienced Pilates teacher, trained in both Matwork and studio apparatus including the Reformer. She completed her comprehensive apprenticeship training Paul McLinden in Hove, in 2011 followed by BASI Comprehensive Pilates training. She continues to enjoy learning about the incredible benefits of the Pilates method.
She started her career as a dancer and for many years travelled and danced extensively around the world. Her love of Pilates comes from her dance background, where Pilates was vital to her daily training.Read More
