Ali Barugh
Ali studied to become a sports Injury therapist and has been working in this industry since 2000, working with many athletes including Gymnasts in the GB Team, High Level Triathletes, and National 1 level rugby players.
Ali was an international gymnast, training from the age of six and retiring in her twenties. She went on to be national champion and represented Great Britain several times in acrobatic Gymnastics.
She was drawn to sports massage and injury rehabilitation, after experiencing many injuries herself during her sporting career. She became intrigued to know what exactly was going on within the body and the best way in which to heal and repair. This knowledge carries into her therapy sessions ensuring that she does the very best to help all her patients return to full physical fitness as soon as possible.
