Reab has a dedicated Pilates studio offering Reformer and Matwork classes for up to 6 people and personal training sessions for 1 to 3 people. The studio is fully equipped, including the large Pilates studio equipment such as the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and ladder barrel.
The Pilates instructors are fully certified and have a wealth of teaching experience. They are dedicated to helping you realise your personal goals, whether that is to enhance sporting or dance performance, improve posture and balance, recover from injury, improve strength and flexibility or simply to look and feel better.
Because we work with clients of all fitness levels, both the reformer and matwork classes are focused at various levels, depending on level of Pilates experience and ability. The physio led 'Return to Fitness' classes cater to those with injuries, ongoing health problems or those who enjoy the clinical side of Pilates. Level 1 is for the new to Pilates people (regardless of level of fitness) or those who enjoy a slower paced class. At this level the focus is on teaching technique, body awareness and the Pilates repertoire, while level 2 is for those more experienced with the repertoire, so the classes are able to flow smoothly and with increased pace. Level 3 classes suit those who know the repertoire and enjoy a faster paced, more challenging work-out.
If you are new to Pilates at Reab please book an introductory 1 to 1 session before joining a class. Take advantage of our introductory packages.
We can schedule private classes for up to 6 people. Please contact us if you are work colleagues, friends, sports team or young adults who prefer to work together in a private class.
