Our Return to Fitness class are taken on the raised platforms. This suits anyone who has difficulty on and off the floor, or prefers not to.

Studio Sessions

The sessions utilise a combination of the large studio equipment such as the Reformer, cadillac, ladder barrel and Pilates chair as well as matwork, in a fun and sociable environment. The studio classes are between a 1-1 session and a choreographed class and would suit anyone who has a specific goal such as a sporting event, a special event such as a wedding, wanting to change the strength, mobility and posture as quickly as possible without the more expensive 1-1's.

Reformer Class
